Why you may need a lawyerIf you are visiting this site, you probably have been charged with a crime or someone you love has been. By representing yourself in court, the Judge will hold you to the same standard as a lawyer. This means that you will not be cut any slack for your lack of knowledge in court. In most cases, when you have fines or jail time hanging over your head, you should seek out a lawyer to assist you in the matter.

Flexible payment optionsWe understand that your finances may be limited. We do not want limited funds to prevent you from hiring a law firm. For most cases, we are able to accept a down payment and then accept either weekly or monthly payments. Some cases, however, do require payment in full. Additionally, we offer our clients the option on most cases, two separate services. One option is to work out a deal that our client is happy with. This fee is usually reduced since there is no trial. The second option is if the client is not happy with the offer the state has presented and they decide to have a trial, the client would then be required to pay additional legal fees. By having these options, our clients only pay for the services they desire.
