- Aaron R. Lee was born in Michigan and spent most of his youth in Columbia, TN, where his dad worked for General Motors. Aaron attended college at Oral Roberts University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
- He married his wife (Kelsey) in 2009, and started law school shortly thereafter at Charlotte School of Law. Aaron graduated CSL in 2012 and is now licensed in both North and South Carolina.
- Mr. Lee is a seasoned criminal defense attorney licensed in North and South Carolina with extensive experience defending clients in some of the most serious criminal cases. He is a Board-Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law and has handled numerous homicide trials and other major felony matters. Known for his meticulous preparation, persuasive courtroom advocacy, and deep understanding of NC criminal law, Aaron brings a steady hand and strategic focus to every stage of the case...from investigation to verdict.
- When not in court, Mr. Lee enjoys riding and working on his motorcycles, running, and beach volleyball. Mr. and Mrs. Lee reside in Concord, NC, with their three miniature Dachshunds.

Kelsey L. Lee was raised in a conservative, military family and spent several years of her childhood in Europe and different states in the US. Her family moved to North Carolina in 1996. She attended college at Oral Roberts University, where she met her husband Aaron. She graduated from ORU with a degree in Business Management. Kelsey is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer who has spent her career standing beside individuals facing the most serious charges under North Carolina law. She has successfully represented clients charged with homicide, robbery, and many other violent and high-level felonies, earning a reputation for compassion, skill, and relentless advocacy in the courtroom. Kelsey believes that every client deserves to be heard, understood, and fiercely defended. She is currently licensed in North and South Carolina, as well as Federal Court in the Western District of North Carolina. |
